Your Land HasMore to Give.
You've invested everything in your property. RecX gives you a simple, protected way to share it — on your terms.
Sound Familiar?
Land Sitting Quiet
Millions of acres of private land across the country sit underutilized — while public spaces are more crowded, overbooked, and harder to enjoy than ever.
The Hesitation Is Real
You've thought about opening your land to guests. But the questions pile up fast — liability, strangers on your property, who's in charge, and whether it's even worth the hassle.
Your Land Can Do More
Great land deserves to be experienced. And the people who steward it deserve to be rewarded — without taking on unnecessary risk to make it happen.
What Could Your Land Become?
Most landowners start with one idea. Then they discover everything else their property can offer.
Private Hunting Trips
Guided or self-guided — big game, waterfowl, upland, bow season. Hunters are searching for private access they can trust.
Fishing Access
Rivers, ponds, lakes, fly fishing. If there's water on your land, there's someone who wants to cast a line in it.
Camping & RV Sites
Tent camping, pull-through RV spots, primitive backcountry. Private campsites are the fastest-growing segment in outdoor recreation.
Glamping Retreats
Canvas tents, treehouses, yurts — curated outdoor stays with comfort. The premium tier most landowners never considered.
Weddings & Private Events
That barn, that meadow, that sunset view you take for granted — someone is searching for it right now for the biggest day of their life.
Corporate & Group Retreats
Team offsites, leadership workshops, company gatherings. Businesses pay premium rates for private, distraction-free settings.
Farm & Ranch Experiences
Cattle drives, harvest rides, behind-the-scenes tours. People are fascinated by the agricultural life you live every day.
Trail Access & Riding
Private trail systems for hiking, horseback riding, or mountain biking. No crowds, no permits, no public-land lottery.
Wildlife & Nature
Birdwatching, stargazing, photography retreats, foraging. Your quiet acreage is someone else's once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Dog Training Grounds
Field training, retriever work, sporting dog access. Dog owners travel hours for the right piece of land to train on.
Off-Road & ATV Access
Private trails, mud runs, overlanding routes. Off-road enthusiasts are desperate for legal, private access.
Day-Use & Picnics
Quiet escapes, date spots, family outings. Not every guest needs to stay overnight — some just want a beautiful place to be.
And that's just the beginning. If you can imagine it, you can list it.

A Platform Built Around You
We know your land is everything. That's why we built tools that put you in the driver's seat — not a middleman, not a consultant, not a complicated process.
RecX was designed from the ground up for private landowners. Every feature exists because a landowner needed it.
Nationwide Property Database
Find and claim your land on the map in minutes. Our database covers properties across all 50 states.
Step-by-Step Listing Wizard
A guided setup walks you through every detail — title, photos, maps, pricing, rules — and most landowners finish in under 30 minutes.
Interactive Map Tools
Draw boundaries, mark arrival points, annotate trails and features — so guests know exactly where to go and where not to.
Real-Time Dashboard
Bookings, earnings, calendar, guest messages — everything you need to manage your property, all in one place.
$1M Liability Coverage
Every confirmed booking is backed by RecX's specialty liability policy. Protection is built in, not bolted on.
Experience Builder
Go beyond basic land access. Create guided hunts, fishing trips, farm tours, and custom add-ons that guests book alongside their stay.
You don't need someone to do this for you. We built the tools so you can do it yourself — confidently.
Three Steps. That's It.
Getting your property listed on RecX is straightforward. No contracts, no complicated onboarding, no waiting.
Claim Your Property
Search our nationwide database, find your land on the map, and claim it. Your property details are already there — you just confirm and customize.
Build Your Listing
Our wizard walks you through everything — set your rules, define your pricing, map out the experience, and upload photos. You're in control of every detail.
Start Earning
Approve the guests you want, host experiences on your terms, and get paid directly to your bank account. It's that simple.
Your Property. Your Rules. Always.
The number one concern landowners have is control. We didn't just address it — we built the entire platform around it.
Approve Every Guest
No one steps foot on your property without your approval. Review every booking request and accept only the guests you're comfortable with.
Set Your Own Rules
Define exactly what's allowed — activities, access areas, pet policies, group sizes, fire rules — and guests agree before they book.
Define Your Boundaries
Use our interactive map to draw precise boundaries, mark restricted zones, and set arrival points. Guests see exactly where they can and can't go.
Control Your Calendar
Set your availability down to the day. Block dates for personal use, maintenance, seasonal closures, or any reason — no questions asked.
Choose Your Cancellation Terms
Pick from flexible, moderate, or strict cancellation policies — or create a custom policy that fits your property and your comfort level.
Set Your Own Pricing
You decide what your land is worth. Set base rates, adjust for seasons, weekends, and holidays. The price you set is the price you keep.
More Than a Listing. An Experience.
RecX doesn't just let you rent out land. It lets you build something guests can't find anywhere else.
Interactive Property Maps
Annotate your property with custom markers — campsites, fishing spots, trails, parking areas, blinds, boundaries. Guests arrive knowing exactly what to expect.
Experience-First Design
Every listing is built around the experience, not just the acreage. Whether it's a secluded campsite, a trophy elk hunt, or a private venue — your listing tells the story.
Add-Ons & Guided Experiences
Offer guided hunts, equipment rentals, farm tours, or custom packages as bookable add-ons. Guests choose what they want — and you earn more per booking.
Dynamic Pricing & Availability
Adjust rates by season, set minimum stays, create booking windows, and configure lead times. Your pricing stays as flexible as your operation.
Professional Photo Gallery
Upload, organize, and showcase your property with a polished image gallery. Set primary photos, add captions, and let your land speak for itself.
Personal Guest Messages
Set custom welcome messages on booking and thank-you messages after checkout. Build a connection with your guests before they even arrive.
Protection Built In. Not Bolted On.
You focus on your land. We handle the protection.
RecX carries a specialty liability policy designed to provide coverage should any claim of negligence arise during a confirmed booking.
If a guest causes damage during a booking, RecX provides up to $10,000 per incident to help reimburse you.
Guest ID Verification
Every guest on RecX goes through identity verification. You know who's booking before you ever approve them.
Two-Way Reviews
After every booking, both sides leave a review. Accountability builds trust — and the best guests rise to the top.
Built-In Indemnification
All guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecX and participating landowners as part of the booking process.
What Happens Without a System
The risks don't disappear because you haven't listed yet. They just stay invisible.
Income Left on the Table
Every season that passes without guests on your land is revenue you'll never recover. Your property has earning potential — right now.
Informal Arrangements Create Risk
Handshake deals and word-of-mouth access mean no verification, no insurance, no accountability. A system protects you. The absence of one doesn't.
The Demand Isn't Going Away
Public lands are more crowded every year. People are actively searching for private access. If they can't find you on a platform built for this, they'll find someone else.
Imagine What's Possible
This isn't just about income. It's about what your land becomes when you have the right tools behind it.
Consistent, Predictable Income
Earn from your land on a schedule that fits your operation. Seasonal or year-round — you decide when and how often.
Guests Who Respect Your Land
ID-verified guests who've read your rules, agreed to your terms, and been approved by you. No surprises.
A Reputation That Grows
Every great experience earns a review. Over time, your property builds a reputation that attracts better guests and commands premium pricing.
Complete Visibility, Always
Your dashboard shows every booking, every payout, every upcoming reservation, and every message — all in one place, accessible from anywhere.
Property Management You Didn't Expect
Block dates for maintenance, define seasonal access, track guest activity across your calendar. RecX becomes the management layer your property never had.
Boundaries That Enforce Themselves
Interactive maps show guests exactly where they're welcome and where they're not. Your property stays protected even when you're not on-site.
Zero Landowner Fees. Every Dollar Is Yours.
The price you set for your listing is the price you receive. Period.
RecX applies a service fee to guests at checkout — not to landowners. We don't take a cut, a commission, or a percentage of your earnings. What you earn is what you keep.
Direct to Your Bank Account
Powered by Stripe Connect, your payouts are deposited directly into your bank account on a rolling basis. No invoices, no waiting for checks, no middleman. Track every payout from your dashboard in real time.
Full Transparency at Checkout
Guests see exactly what they're paying — your rate plus the service fee — before they confirm. No hidden costs for anyone.
